Our Story

Invictus Phoenix Group was born from a deep-seated commitment to resilience and service. Founded by a disabled minority military veteran, we understand the complexities of overcoming obstacles. We know the importance of empowering others to do the same. We draw inspiration from the unconquerable spirit of the word “Invictus.” The transformative symbolism of the phoenix also guides us. Our mission is to uplift underserved populations. We aim to foster sustainable change.

We specialize in training, management, and consulting services that address social violence and other critical issues impacting our communities. Our approach integrates evidence-based methodologies with a public health model to provide effective, scalable solutions. Through our empowerment centers, we deliver programs focused on:
